Are Stoked day tours private?
Yes. All Stoked Surf day tours are private and priced according to the number of guests travelling together. You will have your own vehicle, surf coach and qualified tourist guide for the day.
Does everyone on the tour need to surf?
No. Non-surfing partners, friends and family are welcome to join. They can enjoy the beach while the surfers are in the water and then share the sightseeing and other experiences during the rest of the day.
Can we customise our own Cape Town surf day tour?
Yes. The itineraries shown are some of our favourite and most popular combinations, but every private day tour can be adapted around your interests, surfing ability and the conditions on the day.
How do you choose where we surf?
As a mobile surf school, we assess the wind, swell, tides and your surfing ability before selecting the most suitable Cape Town surf location for your session.
Are your surf day tours suitable for beginners?
Yes. The private surf session is adapted to your surfing ability, from complete beginners to more experienced surfers.
Is my surf coach also my tour guide?
Yes. Your Stoked host is both an experienced surf coach and a qualified tourist guide, so the same person looks after your surf session, sightseeing, transport and the flow of your day.
